Review of Reserved Fund
In the events of preparation of the Reserve Fund study of the Corporation, Channel Property Management Ltd. will consult with the Corporation's engineer and the Board of Directors and provide the resources, paper works.
Along with that Channel will assess the existing Reserve Fund study if any, and will remark on its examination and will prepare an informative budget of Reserve expenses for the upcoming year.
