Budget
Channel Property Management Ltd. will prepare and present the Corporation's budget sixty (60) days prior to the end of the fiscal year.
- A projected budget for itemized expense for the following year
- A budget commentary for the year
- An outlined covering letter to the unit owners indicating the year's budget and any related increase/ decrease in fees
- A projection of revenues and expenses to year end using the nine month results of the previous year's budget
