Status Certificate

Ensure that board and manager know how to prepare the Status Certificate, which shall be in Form 13, pursuant to t he regulations under the New Act. Prepare trial versions for practice.

Set policy for the gathering of information for the Status Certificate; Review Corporate procedures to ensure that the Status Certificate is given within 10 days after receiving a request for it [section 76].

The fee for the Status Certificate shall not exceed $100.00, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
