Wherever it is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to maximize the returns and preserve the value of the property, Channel Property Management Ltd. will work with the Board to achieve their goals economically and efficiently in accordance with the Condominium Act, Landlord and Tenant Act, declarations and By- laws of the Corporation and Rent Control Board or such other governmental body authorized to regulate such matters.
Continuing our efforts to exceed owners expectations we have developed the millennium approach for the Condominium Property Management, where we maintain a fulfilling level of service by keeping communication lines open with all owners. We believe the high common expense fees that seem to be the norm in Condominium these days are unnecessary. Our concept of Condominium is homeowners pooling their resources together to improve the structural integrity of the buildings and their aesthetic appeal of the community and to keep costs to a minimum.
